Question 1

How do sessions take place?

Accepted Answer

Choose online or in-person if you're local. Both are interactive, tailored to you, and include follow-up resources to keep you progressing between lessons. Message Ms B to check local availability and the arrangements that suit you.

Question 2

Who do you teach?

Accepted Answer

I work with children (age 7+), teens up to GCSE, and adults wanting to boost everyday Maths. Every lesson is adapted to your level and goals; exam prep or confidence building.

Question 3

How can I book?

Accepted Answer

Just send a message. We'll chat about your needs and find a time that suits you, including evenings or weekends.

Question 4

What if my child feels anxious?

Accepted Answer

Feeling nervous is normal! I create a welcoming, patient space where every question is valued. My approach is gentle and encouraging, helping learners grow confidence step by step.

Question 5

How are lessons structured?

Accepted Answer

Lessons are tailored to the learner's level and goals rather than following a one-size-fits-all plan. Share the topics that feel difficult and what you want to achieve so Ms B can discuss an approach with you.

Question 6

How often should I have lessons?

Accepted Answer

There is no single answer for every learner. Discuss your goals, school or work commitments, and any exam dates with Ms B to agree a suitable frequency and check availability.

Question 7

What about Foundation or Higher GCSE Maths?

Accepted Answer

Tell Ms B your current tier, exam board and the topics you want to work on when you enquire. This helps you discuss the right support for your course. Your school or exam centre makes the final decision about your exam entry.

Question 8

Can you help with revision and exam preparation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The tuition service includes targeted revision, practice techniques and support with tricky areas. Tell Ms B about your exam and the areas you would like to focus on.

Question 9

Can I bring past-paper questions?

Accepted Answer

If you have a particular past paper or exam question you want to understand, mention it in your enquiry. Ms B can discuss how it could fit into your revision support and confirm suitability for your course.

Question 10

What if I have fallen behind?

Accepted Answer

You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for help. Explain which parts feel difficult. The approach is to work from your starting point, fill learning gaps and build understanding step by step.

Question 11

How much does tuition cost?

Accepted Answer

Please contact Ms B for current pricing, lesson options and availability. Prices are not published on this website, and all arrangements should be agreed before you book.
